04. Introduction & business introduction commission
Héritage & Patrimoine de France operates solely as a business introducer.
The commission is due only in the event of a sale concluded with a buyer:
introduced or connected via the platform,
including if the sale is finalized subsequently outside the platform or directly.
The commission is calculated on the sale price of the property, including agency fees (HAI).
Example
For the sale of a castle at €2,000,000 (HAI),
the business introduction commission amounts to €10,000 including tax.
