Commission due in case of sale concluded with a buyer presented/connected via the platform, including if the sale is finalized subsequently off-platform (direct sale) or without prior declaration. No registration fees. No listing submission fees.

Example: For the sale of a castle at €2,000,000 (HAI), the business introduction commission amounts to €10,000 including tax.
